A small social enterprise based in the, Outer Hebrides, in the crofting counties. CoDeL shines a light on low intensive, sustainable food production and the young adults embracing the future while learning from the past. CoDeL hosts the Uist Beo platform.

It is part of import susbstitution, building food security with good local food to sustain the community. Greater return for producers, better food for people, reduces food miles.
