We are Scotland’s most active Transition Town group. Focusing on delivery of essential community activities in the very low SIMD areas of South Edinburgh. Community gardening, outdoor education, sharing food and fun events are our core activities. We are also working towards renovating an old stables block in Gracemount, we expect that a core activity in that will be a Public Diner. We’re also working on opening an 11 acre market garden next to the RIE.

Food soveriegnty and local food provisioin is the most important factor in a post fossil fuel world.
